FAQ

Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia wide via Australia Post.

Do you offer International Shipping?

We currently don't offer International Shipping however we hope to in the future.

If you live outside of Australia and would like to place an order, please email me with what you'd like and your postal address and I will happily put a postal quote together for you.

When will I receive my order?

Stationery Products will be shipped within 1-3 days of ordering. All items are shipped via Australia Post and it is estimated you will receive your products within 2-5 business days.

Art Prints are printed to order so please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Once printed they are shipped to me for inspection, signing and numbering and are then lovingly and carefully packaged up and sent to you via Express Post with Australia Post.

What if I don't have a Paypal account?

Not a problem. When you're going through the checkout and it prompts to 'pay with paypal' you will be given the option to 'pay with credit or debit card' on the next screen.

Can I pay via direct debit instead of Paypal?

Not a problem. Simply email me your order and postal details and I will send you an invoice with bank transfer details.

Can I send my order as a gift to someone else?

You sure can. As soon as you complete your order email me with all the details and I will send your gift directly to the recipient.

Can I return or exchange my items?

Jess and Co. is not responsible for 'change of mind' so please choose carefully.

If you've received your purchase and you believe the goods are faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. Returns can only be made if the goods are returned within two (2) weeks of purchase. Items are to be posted back and once checked and confirmed they will be replaced or refunded.

Please note, return postage is at your expense and won't be refunded by Jess and Co.

My parcel hasn't arrived. What now?

Jess and Co. is not liable for lost goods, however, please contact us if you have an issue to see if we can assist with tracking. All goods are shipped via standard post with tracking.

Please specify if you would like to add insurance to your shipping quote.

Will my details be kept private?

Absolutely. You can be assured we are keeping your information private. We will not pass on, sell, or swap any of your personal information. We will only use your information to identify and administrate your orders.

All photo images and designs are copyright Jess and Co. Copyright is not transferable on sale of Jess and Co. items.

We're happy for you to use an image from this site but require that you credit Jess and Co. and link and/or acknowledge this site if you do so.
